Congresswoman Eshoo was appointed to the House Intelligence Committee in January 2003 and she also sits on the powerful House Energy and Commerce Committee. She co-chairs the House Medical Technology Caucus. She's been a tireless advocate for the technology community in the effort to preserve stock options. She's also a long time supporter of WHTC.
Safra Catz is President and CFO of Oracle Corporation, reporting to Larry Ellison, Oracle's CEO. Ms. Catz has been a member of Oracle's Board of Directors since October 2001, serves on Oracle's Executive Management Committee, and is responsible for global operations. Prior to joining Oracle, Ms. Catz was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, a global investment bank that has since merged with Credit Suisse First Boston, where she was a Managing Director from February 1997 to March 1999, and a Senior Vice President from January 1994 until February 1997. Ms. Catz held various investment banking positions from 1986 until January 1994. |
