Public Sector
A public sector member must have primary responsibility for developing and/or
advising on issues related to the industry sectors of technology-related, e-commerce,

or regulatory agency of the U.S. Government.

all candidates for membership and make its recommendations to the Women's High-Tech
Coalition Board of Directors. The Women's High-Tech Coalition Board of directors
shall hold a vote on each member candidate. A majority vote of those members
present and voting shall govern. The Membership Committee and the Board of
Directors shall determine the total number of members allowed in the Women's
High-Tech Coalition at any time. This number may be changed at any time at
the discretion of the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors.

the delinquent member shall immediately make payment or be dropped from the
membership rolls, forfeiting all rights and privileges of membership. Members
who have been dropped from the membership rolls for delinquency of payment
may re-apply for membership after six (6) months.
